The Motel 6 was in transition (was previously a Quality Inn). The registration system was not completely integrated, so we were given keys to a room with occupants already there--which was a shock to both the occupants and us. The receptionist was quick to remedy this, but it left a sour taste. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no coffee grinds for the in room coffee machine. Management and housekeeping had no coffee pods available.

Probably one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had in 15+ years of booking through Expedia. My son was injured in a snowboarding accident during an internship in Colorado, and I flew out from Boston to help pack his apartment, move his belongings into storage, and get him home for surgery. He was in a wheelchair, we were exhausted, and after missing our flight back to Boston, we booked this hotel last minute specifically because it advertised “Breakfast Available”, a convenience with an AM flight. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast had been discontinued because Motel 6 was taking over the property. Frustrating, but we were too exhausted to start fighting for refunds and find another hotel at that point. I then discovered there was no elevator, despite requesting first-floor as my son was in a wheelchair. When we entered the room, we were immediately hit with the smell of smoke. There were tape marks all over the smoke detector, questionable residue on multiple surfaces & the “kitchenette” looked like an extremely cheap TEMU purchase. The final straw was realizing the curtains had been removed entirely and the damaged blinds had large missing patches, allowing people walking by to see directly into our room. I contacted Expedia immediately for assistance & waited 10mins to simply be told to “notify the front desk.” After nearly two decades of loyalty to Expedia, the complete lack of customer support during such a difficult situation was incredibly disappointing.

This place was horrible. it was a good place to rest but that’s it. The “breakfast” was a joke. it was only waffles no fruit , no cereal literally nothing. I booked it from friday to monday morning. they took away a day and did not tell me. I came back from getting food and my card was not working on my door. i went to the front and they told me that “check out was at 11”. all of my stuff was still in the room. I had to practically beg just to get my stuff out. 1/2 of my clothes were missing when i was getting my stuff packed. This place is HORRIBLE! do NOT ever come here. what a waste of $197. I would do ANYTHING to get that refunded.

Could have been lots better!! Better signage to find the room. You could tell the sign. Used to be there but was removed or fell off and no one bothered to put it back. The room needed repair- broken ac unit and really needed a deep clean. There was dust everywhere. Bathroom had mold on the shelf, not sure where the water was coming from but there was water behind the toilet that had bad caulk job. The countertop and floor directly under were slanted like it was in desperate need of repair. Black greasy hand prints were all over the bathroom, shower curtain, light switch and the door. Breakfast would have been ok if you wanted cherrios, a tiny yogurt and waffles. The juicy machine was pure water no flavor and the waffle makers were dirty with black burnt pieces all over. Staff was happier to shoot the breeze than to assist me. No business center available. Watch out a security HOLD turned into a charge to my card. They got a manager involve to return the money just to turn around and charge for the room- same exact amount of money. Glad it was one night. Never again!!

When there are 3 people staying in a room, its appropriate to give 3 towels for that room. Telling patrons they have to bring back a used towel in order to get a new clean one is absurd. We only had 2 towels in our room and we needed 3
