Front desk staff were very helpful. Property is in a state of disrepair. The room itself was dirty, window screen bent, chair stained, bath tub dirty, ceiling tiles stained, window drywall falling off. Hotbtub out-of order. Pool area had dog droppings and tile peeling. Back door entry card reader broken. Pictures online dont represent the condition of this property. Avoid this hotel unless last resort.

Room needed a lot of repair. Staff was very heipful and respectful. Breakfast was poor. Not much to choose from. Had to have staff start the unit with a pen as a button was missing. Would not recommend to friends.

Do not stay here. The first rooms we were given were on the 2nd floor. The back entrance door was not secured at all. Anyone off the street could enter at any time. Carpet on stairs and in hall were filthy. Halls smelled of pot horribly. Got into our rooms and they were absolutely gross. Dead bugs on floor, bathtub was dirty door handle on bathroom was broken. When I went to the front desk to complain there was a couple outside our door

The room was in good order. Clean sheets and comfortable enough bed. However cleanliness was sketchy in the bathroom. Tub didn’t look clean on the bottom, grit on the floor. Had to figure out how to get lamp working, go find tv remote, figure out sketchy looking AC, but once we did it worked fine. Breakfast is only high carb. Absolutely no protein. Not good for diabetics. Even just a few boiled eggs would have been fine.

Both room AC were out - the main entry area smelled like spoiled milk covered up with bad perfume - the room outlets were dead and the electrical wiring in the rooms was questionable as to being legal - the toilet was round and had a very large oval seat on it, stuck out beyond the bowl by 3-4 inches - the wall AC was extremely loud - this was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at The staff were corgel and moved us into different rooms

Econo lodge Billings Montana. I arrived at 3:30 in the morning. The bedsheets were never changed. The cleaning of the room was poor. The restroom was rough. The shower was good. The AC didn’t work. Had to open the window to get circulation and they get hot in the week I was there. It was an unpleasant day due to the AC, not working room 215. Don’t get that friend of mine. Also stayed there with the same issues as well so for $566 it was not good. As far as the front desk, they were polite.
