walkable to SM Bacolod, Baywalk and Capitol Lagoon! Big rooms. good internet and friendly staff. Price is good. I can say it is a very decent budget hotel managed by Oriental Hotels

As a whole, the location was convenient and service was good. However, my room’s AC had a problem. It wouldn’t be cold always and water came out every night. I thought the water was obvious to be seen, but why they did not solve the problem before offering a new client client.

Nice and accomodating staff. Daily cleaning of room and replenishment of supplies including towels and drinking water. Has cafe downstairs with great food!

i think this is the nicest hotel here in Bacolod, this is a very stylish and well maintained hotel. love everything including the free breakfast, we also love the restaurant for dinner and all their staff’s were welcoming and helpful.

hotel location: so accessible to SM Bacolod which was central to various spots in the city
cleanliness: the room and its amenities were very clean and comfortable
service: i believe the staff's service is absolutely top notch! everyone was incredibly kind, hospitable, and courteous.
transport access: it was so easy for us to book a Grab from our hotel!

We always choose Citadines for our celebrations because it does not disappoint! 🥰 Celebrated Vlash's 17th birthday and as usual our stay was amazing! Our baby had a wonderful sleep because they always provide us with a FREE use of the crib. Breakfast was 10/10!
