nice to see some room fixes (lights, mirrors) and upgrades (towels). would suggest that shower heads get fixed, so it would adapt on the wter heater properly.

Front desk was very courteous, provides all information about your room. Easy check-in. Ample parking space. I feel that I was getting value out of the amount that I paid. Near affordable restaurants and a tindahan. Amenities not outdated. I just hope that the little watermark stains on the tables can be removed. If they can do an upgrade on the softness of the sofa, beds and bigger pillows, then the price would always be a "steal"

Everything is almost perfect, but then when we ordered food a second time, they gave us a dirty plate, as if it hadn't been washed. So we left the food unfinished because it's disgusting—sorry po.

I had recommend astrotel to my guest friends and co worker to stay in this hotel they found out that this hotel was better compare to other hotels in terms of rates and cleanliness. the location was also the nice place to stay if you are a travelers the transportation also great credit because it's near to the mass transportation MRT araneta cubao station and LRT in the location near at LRT araneta center. the staffs are approachable they are very diligent liked Leah, Ron I forgot the of the other staffs but they are very nice. the managers are also helpful especially sir MJ, sir Mark Bernillo and Jon Rie. and to the supervisor at the accommodation room they should check the rooms if the toilets are clean and plushing well, they should also check if there are enough hook for clothes hanger.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating with letting us extend checkout time. Our room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We really loved the game room and gym. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of options. Will definitely come back for our next stays.
