The hotel’s service was okay overall. The food and the room were good, the room was clean, and the staff were accommodating. However, the thing I disliked the most was their pool. You know that when it comes to a staycation, the pool is one of the most important things for a family. Unfortunately, the pool smelled strongly of chlorine. It was so strong that you could barely breathe. The chlorine smell was overwhelming. I hope they can find a way to lessen or fix that strong chlorine smell.

nice to see some room fixes (lights, mirrors) and upgrades (towels). would suggest that shower heads get fixed, so it would adapt on the wter heater properly.

Front desk was very courteous, provides all information about your room. Easy check-in. Ample parking space. I feel that I was getting value out of the amount that I paid. Near affordable restaurants and a tindahan. Amenities not outdated. I just hope that the little watermark stains on the tables can be removed. If they can do an upgrade on the softness of the sofa, beds and bigger pillows, then the price would always be a "steal"

Everything is almost perfect, but then when we ordered food a second time, they gave us a dirty plate, as if it hadn't been washed. So we left the food unfinished because it's disgusting—sorry po.

we had a nice stay. everything is at luxury as for me and my wife. we love the club room amenities. that’s just what we need. nice is an understatement. breakfast buffet is really delicious. the staffs are all respectful and always smiling and accommodating.
