Hotel staff are nice. They allowed me to early check in. The room is clean. Free bottled water, coffee, wifi is fast, free TV but in Spanish. It is near the Metro station and airport. You can also leave your luggage when you checked out if your flight is late. The location is easy to book an UBER and there’s always a taxi outside the hotel. And the location is within the city centre.

De Guzman Family salute the staff of this hotel. They are all SUPERB in attending to the needs of their customers. Food is great. Fluent in English too. Special mention to Aiona, Mario and specially Ms. Yanina for taking time to assists my son who left the backpack in the hotel and sending it to the airport just in time before our flight. Location Muy Vien. Highly reccommended.
