Will there be any extra charge if I request the driver to wait for me?
You won't be charged during the free waiting time. If your delay extends beyond this period, please contact Klook or the operator to see if the driver can wait longer. In this case, an additional charge may occur. If you think you've been overcharged, please reach out to our customer support. Go to the Bookings page, select your booking, and click 'Chat with us' to do so.
