I can't pay, help!

The issue is likely to be caused by one of the following situations:

  • If the Flickket website works fine but the payment page doesn't load, refresh the page. Or try again later.
  • If your card is rejected, try a different card. Most common bank cards are accepted but please note that we only accept Visa or MasterCard (and Amex for HKD transactions only).
  • If you are trying to pay using PayPal, you will need to sign up as a PayPal member. If you are still experiencing problems, please reach out to us at Ask Flickket by submitting a "General Inquiry"
