Why can't I use my keyboard on the app? (e.g. For inputting Chinese or Korean characters)
Here's how you can resolve the issue on your iOS device:
- Open your device's Settings.
- Search "Klook" and open it.
- Find "Language" and open the language settings.
- Choose your preferred input language (e.g. Traditional Chinese or Korean) and then re-open Klook.
You can also go to the App Store to make sure you're using the latest version of the Klook app.
