I want to change the order content, what should I do?
Reservation information (such as participation date, passenger information, special needs, etc.) can be changed for some orders. Please follow the steps below to apply for a change order:
- Go to the Klook App or website order page
- Click on the order you want to change and select "View Details"
- Select "Change Order" and modify the content
- After the changed order is confirmed, you will receive the new changed voucher.
If an "Cannot Change" reminder appears on an order, it means that the order cannot be changed; if you still need assistance, please contact us through online customer service (go to the order page > select the order > click the "Online Customer Service" icon)
