I want to change the order content, what should I do?

Reservation information (such as participation date, passenger information, special needs, etc.) can be changed for some orders. Please follow the steps below to apply for a change order:

  1. Go to the Klook App or website order page
  2. Click on the order you want to change and select "View Details"
  3. Select "Change Order" and modify the content
  4. After the changed order is confirmed, you will receive the new changed voucher.

If an "Cannot Change" reminder appears on an order, it means that the order cannot be changed; if you still need assistance, please contact us through online customer service (go to the order page > select the order > click the "Online Customer Service" icon)
