What is the cancellation policy?

1. You can get a full refund if you cancel:

• Before booking confirmation
• Within 1 hour after booking confirmation
• Up to 2 days before departure.
  
  

2. A cancellation fee will apply for the following scenarios:

If you cancel between 2 days and 3 hours before departure:

• Monday to Thursday: 5% of ticket price
• Friday to Sunday and public holidays: 7.5% of ticket price
• Korean traditional holidays (Chuseok and Lunar New Year): 10% of ticket price.
  
  

If you cancel within 3 hours before departure:

• Monday to Thursday: 10% of ticket price
• Friday to Sunday and public holidays: 15% of ticket price
• Korean traditional holidays (Chuseok and Lunar New Year): 20% of ticket price.
  
  

If you cancel after departure and before the estimated arrival time:

• Departures from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026: 50% of ticket price
• Departures from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027: 60% of ticket price
• Departures from May 1, 2027 onwards: 70% of ticket price.
  
  

3. Tickets canceled after the estimated arrival time are non-refundable.
