What if I made a mistake in my passenger details?
Please double-check your information carefully. An error in your passenger details can result in extra fees or being denied boarding. If you make a mistake in your identity information entry, you must refund the ticket because you cannot enter the station or board the train with information that does not match your ID.
- If your booking is "Processing": Please contact Klook Customer Support immediately. We will try to cancel your order before the ticket is issued so you can rebook with the correct information without penalty.
- If your booking is "Completed": The ticket has already been issued by the railway system and cannot be changed. You must refund the ticket (subject to official cancellation fees) and make a new booking with the correct identity details.
