What happens if I cancel a booking?

If you cancel a booking before the participation date, how it affects your membership progress depends on the type of cancellation:

• Partial cancellations: If you’ve still participated in part of the booking, the remaining amount will still count, adjusted based on the portion you canceled.
• Full cancellations: The full amount won’t be counted.
