The driver was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Communication through mobile messages was smooth and efficient. He offered convenient hotel pick-up and drop-off services and shared helpful suggestions for sightseeing. It was a very enjoyable and pleasant day trip.

I spent eight days in Tasmania and participated in several day tours. I genuinely feel that the Bay of Fires day tour was the most enjoyable and highly recommended. David is truly an excellent local guide; the itinerary was well-planned, his commentary was professional, and he was always friendly and attentive to us. Additionally, there were six of us on the tour that day, and even though we were all from different places and meeting for the first time, we were fortunate that everyone was very friendly and talkative. The atmosphere of the entire tour was fantastic, leaving us with wonderful memories.🩷

The local tour guide “Captain C” is very knowledgeable with local attractions and he gave a superb guide about Miami. Great to have him as the wonderful tour guide.

There was a complete lack of guidance at the meeting point; no one said anything like, "I'm checking participants for this tour!" When I inquired at the tour desk, they gave me a sticker to wear on my chest (which they didn't give to anyone else). The bus arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. I was anxious until we departed and they announced we were going to Key West, so those who are not at all comfortable with English might want to be prepared. The tour itself was good, but the tour details didn't mention stopping at a small cafe for breakfast along the way, which would have been helpful to know in advance.

I highly recommend the tour I took from Kissimmee area to Silver Springs State Park. It is a great day trip to experience manatees, gators, water life and clear spring waters. Once there, you can take a really cool glass bottom boat ride and learn the history of this park and collection of springs. You can also book a kayak and explore the river. My driver and guide Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the park as well as all the Disney and Universal parks. He was a very kind and interesting person and I'm glad to have met him. Thank you for a great day! (Tip - if you are a nature lover, you may want to do the 90 minute extended glass bottom boat tour. If so, book this one well in advance as it is very popular and sells out.)
