Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Wheelchair Platform Seating Tickets

• Wheelchair platform seating tickets are only available for individuals who rely on a wheelchair for mobility and their carer. Wheelchair users may purchase tickets and enter the venue independently. Carers, however, may not purchase tickets independently and may not enter the venue independently — they must be accompanied by the wheelchair user at all times.
• Each wheelchair user may purchase one carer ticket at the same time as their wheelchair seating ticket. If requested by venue staff for verification upon entry, holders of wheelchair seating tickets must present a "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" (Physical Disability category) or other valid medical documentation to prove mobility impairment. If any person who is not a wheelchair user, or not accompanying a wheelchair user, attempts to enter with a wheelchair seating ticket or carer ticket, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to that person and their companions, and no refund will be arranged.
• Wheelchair users who require assistance from venue staff with seating should contact the Hong Kong Coliseum in advance of the show for prior arrangement. Wheelchair users are also encouraged to arrive at the venue early to allow venue staff to arrange seating smoothly.

Proof of eligibility is required before purchasing wheelchair seating tickets. Wheelchair seats for each session are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. • Please include the following information in your email (required for both the wheelchair user and the carer):

• 1. Name
• 2. Contact number
• 3. Preferred date/session
• 4. The wheelchair user must provide a "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" (Physical Disability category) or other valid medical documentation demonstrating mobility impairment (please provide as an attachment)

• (We will process your email within 3 working days. Once your eligibility has been verified, we will arrange the relevant ticket purchase process for you.)

Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Credit Card Priority Booking: JANICE VIDAL OUT OF FRAME WORLD TOUR - HONG KONG:

• The booking period (the “Booking Period”) of the priority booking of “CCB (Asia) Credit Card Priority Booking: JANICE VIDAL OUT OF FRAME WORLD TOUR - HONG KONG (the “Show”) listed below:

• First-round booking period: from September 28, 2026 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM

• Second-round booking period: from September 29, 2026 12:00 noon to September 30, 2026 8:00 PM

• Unless otherwise specified, priority booking is only applicable to transaction made with Credit Card (the "Eligible Credit Card") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Bank", "we", "us" or "our") listed below, transactions made via any third-party or e-Wallet payment methods (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, etc.) are not applicable to this offer:

  Booking Period for Eligible Credit Card

• September 28, 2026 (12:00 noon to 8:00 PM):

• CCB (Asia) Visa Infinite Credit Card and

• CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card

• September 29, 2026 12:00 noon to September 30, 2026 8:00 PM

• All CCB (Asia) Credit Cards (except Business Card)

• During the Booking Period, a customer using an Eligible Credit Card (the “Customer”) can enjoy the priority booking via the Klook’s website at www.klook.com or Klook Mobile App (“Klook”).

• Tickets are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Regardless of price category and show date, it is only allowed to purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per booking transaction. When purchasing the tickets, the system will offer the best available seats to Customers. Customers cannot select their own seats during the ticketing process. For purchasing 2 tickets or above, Klook reserves the right to arrange separate seats (including allocation of seats in odd numbers).

• HK$80 per ticket will be charged as a Customer Service Fee. The booking can only be confirmed after successfully completing the payment process.

Customers can choose to collect their tickets via the following methods:

Option 1) Collection at Designated Counter:

• The ticket collection date and time will be notified via email on or before October 31, 2026. If you have not received any related ticket collection notification by October 31, 2026, please contact the Klook Customer Service Team.

• Please show the Klook Booking Reference ID at the counter to collect ticket(s) after data verification. Staff reserves the right to verify personal information to ensure the accuracy of the order pickup.

• Please collect the tickets at designated counter within the designated period and on or before the event Show day, and note that tickets cannot be changed to be mailed and the collection location cannot be changed.

• Customers may choose to collect their physical tickets at the following designated locations during the pre-order process (once the order is confirmed, the collection location cannot be changed, nor can it be changed to mail delivery):

• Collection Location 1: Hong Kong International Airport Designated Counter

• Location: Counter A13, Level 5 Meeters & Greeters Hall A, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau Island, Hong Kong

• Collection Location 2: Shun Tak Centre Designated Counter
• Location: Shop 3040, 3/F, Diamond Square Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

• Failure to collect tickets at designated counter will result in the inability to enter the Showevent. Toptop Productions Limited (the “Organizer”) The organizer and Klook will not be liable for reissuing tickets, canceling orders, or offering refunds.
• Please keep the order number and order information secure, and do not share them with any third parties. The oOrganizer or Klook will not be liable for any compensation and has no obligation to reissue, cancel the order, or provide a refund if the customer discloses the order number and/or order information to others, resulting in an inability to collect the tickets.

• Option 2) Ticket Delivery:

• The tickets will be mailed by courier starting from November 2, 2026 to the address provided by customers who selected the delivery option during the transaction.
• An additional delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged by klook per ticket.
• If Customer need to change the delivery address, please log into Klook account, select the relevant booking and click "Amend" in the booking details to submit the request of delivery information amendment by 23:59 on October 20, 2026 if needed. Any late requests will not be accepted.
• For delivery arrangements and details, please refer to email notifications from Klook or contact Klook Customer Service.
• In the case of mailing tickets to the Customer by post, the Bank, Organizer and Klook will not be responsible for any lost tickets due to the submission of invalid or inaccurate personal information (such as inaccurate mailing address, etc.) by the Customer.
• Please contact Klook Customer Service for enquiries if customer have not received the tickets by November 7, 2026.

Should there be any changes to the above two ticket collection methods, Klook wiould notify customers via email.

Other Terms and Conditions

• The ticket purchase will be settled in HKD. The total price of ticket(s), Customer Service Fee and Delivery Fee (the “Fees”) (if applicable) will be debited instantly from the Eligible Credit Card. If the Fees cannot be debited successfully, the booking will be cancelled automatically.
• All purchased and issued ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded. The total price of ticket(s), Customer Service Fee, Delivery Fee and Administration Fee (if applicable) cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• If the ticket is lost, defaced or stolen, the Bank, Toptop Productions Limited (the “Organizer”) and Klook will not reissue or replace it and will bear no responsibility.
• Confirmation email for ticket purchase will be sent to the email address provided by Customer as a reference of successful transaction. Klook will not be responsible for any delayed or undelivered emails due to the submission of incorrect email addresses by Customers, or due to issues that are out of Klook's control (such as problems caused by Internet, email service providers, etc.).
• Ticket booking is subject to the terms and conditions of Klook.
• The details of the Show will be determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the event program without prior notice, including but not limited to the artist, performance time or performance content, etc. Any such modification will not constitute any reason for ticket refund or conversion. In case of disputes arising between the Organizer and the Customer, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision as its sole discretion.
• Each Ticket admits one person only, and Customers of all ages must present the Ticket (with ticket stub intact) for on-site admission. Staff of Organizer and/or Venue have the right to deny entry for safety reasons.
• This event is suitable for individuals aged 3 or above.
• All attendees must comply with venue rules and regulations.
• In case of cancelation or postponement of the Show for any reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to refund tickets or change the performance date.
• The Organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.
• The Organizer shall bear no responsibility for the messages displayed or communicated by any third party during the Event.
• By participating in this Promotion, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Bank will determine the eligibility of each transaction by matching the cardmember transaction records held by the Bank and the relevant data provided. If the information from the cardmember differs from those of the Bank records, the latter shall be final and conclusive.
• The Show is organized by the Organizer, while the Booking Service is provided by Klook. The Bank make no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the Service provided by Klook, the Show organized by the Organizer, or the information provided by Klook and/or the Organizer. The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the Service, the Show, or the information provided by Klook and/or the Organizer. Any enquiry regarding the Priority Booking Service, the Show or any relevant information should be directed to Klook and/or the Organizer.
• The Bank are not the service providers of the Show/Priority Booking Service and/or related services. Any enquiries, opinions, claims, complaints or disputes relating to the Show/Priority Booking Service and/or related services should be directed to the respective service providers. The Bank accept no liability for and shall not be responsible for the quality of products and/or services or any other matters relating to the Organizer and/or Klook. The Organizer and Klook are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities.
• All images and details are for reference only.
• The Bank and/or the Organizer and/or Klook reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion or its terms and conditions, and reserve the right of final decision on all disputes.
• Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
