Klook Experience Package is also not eligible for Klook’s Rewards program. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be able to earn KlookCash by purchasing this Klook Experience Package.
• Please review the Full General Terms & Conditions prior to purchase. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the current version and English versions of this General Terms of Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• By proceeding with the transaction on Klook, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these General Terms & Conditions, the full Klook’s Terms of Use and Klook’s Privacy Policy.

— Seat Allocation and Viewing —

• Artist Management / Event Organizer / Venue reserves the right to change the seat layout due to performance design prior to the Concert without prior notice. No refunds or seat amendments will be accepted due to seat layout modifications. Please be aware of this before completing your purchase.
• Seat and zone selection is not available for tickets included in the Klook Experience Package. If you wish to be seated together, we recommend purchasing tickets in one booking to increase the likelihood of being assigned contiguous seats. However, final seat allocations will be assigned on a random basis by the Artist Management or Ticketing Partner within the designated price tier, as per the official concert seating map. Do note that seat selection is not available.
• The ticket categories, seating arrangements, and viewing experience of each ticket are determined by Artist Management/Event Organizer/Ticketing Partner. Due to railings, structural elements, filming equipment, the design of certain segments of the performance and the stage, lighting, and sound arrangements, or that performers may not remain in fixed positions, certain seats may have restricted views of the stage during the Concert. The severity of any viewing restriction differs by location and by individual perception. Artist Management/Event Organizer/Ticketing Partner/Klook does not guarantee that any seat will be entirely free from restriction of viewing during the Event. By successfully completing the ticket purchase, you acknowledge and accept the potential risk of “restricted or partially restricted views”. Klook shall not be responsible for the quality of views or seating, and refunds, exchanges or compensation will not be provided for these reasons.

— Physical Ticket Delivery / Collection —

• Physical tickets will be required for event admission. You may select to pick up the tickets at the Counter at Hong Kong International Airport or by courier delivery in Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China during purchase. Physical Ticket collection methods cannot be modified upon successful purchase.
• No ticket collection will be available at the venue. Order confirmations, emails, or other related communications of the Klook Experience Package cannot be used as admission tickets.
• The information of the show, ticket types and seats information will be printed on the physical ticket. Please present a valid physical ticket and take your seat according to the seat number indicated on your ticket.
• Please keep your order and personal information secure, and do not share them with any third parties. The organizer or Klook will not be liable for any compensation and has no obligation to reissue, cancel the order, or provide a refund if the customer discloses the order and/or personal information to others, resulting in an inability to collect the tickets.
• The specified timeline may be adjusted due to the organizer's arrangement. Klook will notify you by email if there is any significant change.

Ticket Collection

• Ticket collection points will be available at the Counter at Hong Kong International Airport.

◦ Location: Counter A13, Level 5 Meeters & Greeters Hall A, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau Island, HK

◦ Operation Hour: 08:00 - 21:00

• Concert ticket collection will be available starting from November 6, 2026 till the relevant concert date, subject to further adjustment that may be announced by Klook.
• If you fail to collect your ticket at the collection point within the collection period as mentioned in the communication email, you will not be able to collect the ticket at the concert venue or admitted to the concert. No refund or reissuance of tickets will be provided. Please collect your concert tickets at the selected counter prior to the performance up until relevant Concert day.
• To collect physical tickets, customers must present the relevant booking details within your Klook account (mobile APP or website). Printed copy or screenshot of booking details is not acceptable.
• Staff reserves the right to verify your personal information to ensure the accuracy of your order pickup. If personal information does not match the information you filled in for your confirmed booking, Klook reserves the right to decline your ticket collection, and any request for a refund will also be denied.

Ticket Delivery

• Ticket Delivery is only applicable within Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China. Courier fee HK$30 will be required per ticket.
• Physical tickets will be sent out by courier in early November, please contact Klook customer service team if you have not received your ticket by November 7, 2026.
• Please ensure the accuracy of the address you provide. If the address you provide for your order is not within the deliverable range, Klook reserves the right to cancel your order or ticket.
• If delivery failure is caused by an inaccurate address provided by you, Klook will not be liable for compensation, ticket reissue or refund.
• The specified timeline may be adjusted due to the organizer's arrangement. Klook will notify you by email if there is any significant change.

Delivery or Recipient’s personal information amendment

• You may amend your delivery or personal information no later than 23:59 October 11, 2026 (Hong Kong time). If needed, please log into your Klook account, go to My Bookings, select the relevant order and click "Amend" to submit your personal information amendment request by 23:59 on October 11, 2026 (Hong Kong time). Any late requests will not be accepted. Please ensure the information provided is accurate. The organizer and Klook are not responsible for any compensation, nor will there be an obligation to reissue tickets, cancel orders, or issue refunds due to collection failure caused by incorrect personal information.
• Upon submitting the personal information amendment request, you confirm that all the information provided is completely accurate. In the event of collection failure due to inaccurate information provided, Klook will not offer any compensation.

— Personal Information Collection Statement —

• When you buy a Klook Experience Package, we collect your personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number and address) to process your transaction, and to conduct delivery / collection identity verification.
• To the extent necessary for these purposes, your personal information will be transferred to and processed outside your home region to the relevant service provider. We protect your data through contractual safeguards where possible.
• Providing this data is mandatory to issue your ticket. If you do not provide this data, we may not be able to process our request. You maintain the right to request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data. For details on your privacy rights and our privacy practice, please review our policy.

— Cancellation / Refund Policy —

• Per event organizer guidelines, Experience Package is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Individual cancellations or standalone refunds for any of its components (including but not limited to the concert ticket, any bundle products, handling fee and delivery fee) will not be accepted. You cannot apply for a cancellation/refund once the booking is made.

— Terms and Conditions of the Package Products Redemption —

Attraction / Tour / Experience Products

• The products will be issued in the form of a redemption code credited to your Klook account within 24 hours upon booking confirmation. There will not be any email notification sent to you, please find the code via the “Account - Promo Codes" under your Klook account.
• Redemption codes must be applied to a subsequent booking to redeem the final Attraction / Tour / Experience Tickets. Please refer to the instructions below for the booking pages. Redemption code cannot be used directly to access the relevant Attraction / Tour / Experience.
• Redemption Codes will be valid till 23:59 November 17, 2026 (Hong Kong time), unless Klook specifies. The Attraction / Tour / Experience redemption codes are only applicable to the packages via the specific link on Klook, not including third-party platforms. Please make sure you redeem the Attraction / Tour / Experience with the redemption code via the specific link before the deadline when the redemption codes expire. There will be no re-issuance or refund due to redemption codes expiry.
• Redemption period of Attraction / Tour / Experience products shall be available as follows:

• For the avoidance of doubt, upon redemption, you may select your preferred participation date of the included Attraction / Tour / Experience subject to daily capacity limits. Klook is not liable to offer refunds, reissuance, or alternative compensations for any issues arising from the inability to book your preferred date. Klook strongly recommends booking your preferred date as early as possible after Attraction / Tour / Experience open for booking and before the redemption codes expire.
• Upon successful voucher redemption, the validity period of the Attraction / Tour / Experience will be governed by the details displayed on their respective booking pages.
