Terms and Conditions for HSBC Mastercard Presale for ‘JUSTIN 2026 < COME TOGETHER > HALLOWEEN LIVE IN HONG KONG’ (the ‘Event’)

• The promotional period for the offer is from 9 September 2026, 12:00 p.m. to 11 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. (based on Hong Kong time), or until all the tickets are sold (whichever is earlier) (the ‘Promotional Period’).
• All successful purchasers of priority booking tickets will receive a confirmation email after booking is completed. For enquiries concerning successful priority booking ticket purchases (including confirmation email), please login to the Designated Platform’s membership account or contact the Designated Platform by email to their customer service email.
• You should ensure that the information as provided is correct. No amendments of information following a successful priority booking ticket purchase are permitted. All relevant ticketing fees or services fees paid including but not limited to the customer service fee, administration fee and courier fee (if applicable) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• You can enjoy the offer if: a. you hold an Eligible Credit Card or Debit Card and your corresponding credit card or debit card account is valid and in good standing during the Promotional Period; and b. you settle the whole payment for your ticket purchase by the Eligible Credit Card or Debit Card during the Promotional Period.
• Each of the primary cardholder and any additional cardholder(s) under the same Eligible Credit Card or Debit Card account can enjoy the offer using their own Eligible Credit Card or Debit Card.
• Tickets are limited and will be made available on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis and only while stocks last.
• Seating will be allocated by the Designated Platform’s computer system based on the date and time of the transaction and are subject to availability. No seat selection is available. For purchases of 2 tickets or above, the Designated Platform reserves the right to arrange separate seats (including allocation of seats in odd numbers and/or non-adjacent seating). The ticket purchaser and ticket holder(s) shall accept the seating allocation without question.
• Tickets are valid only for the specified dates, times, zone and seats (if applicable) as printed on them.
• If any ticket is lost, defaced or stolen, neither the Organiser nor the Designated Platform will reissue or replace the ticket, and neither the Organiser nor the Designated Platform will bear any responsibility.
• No refund, cancellation or amendment will be allowed once the tickets are purchased. Any form of resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
• Upon the transaction for the priority booking ticket purchase being completed, the total price payable for the ticket(s), the customer service fee of the Designated Platform and the courier service fee and administration fee (if applicable) will be debited instantly from your Eligible Credit Card or Debit Card account. The amount debited is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit.
• Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be provided at the Venue for admission to the Event. The Event is marked seating. Person(s) attending the Event maybe subject to house rules of the Organiser. For details, please contact the Organiser separately.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
• The Event is organised by the Organiser. All information and services in relation to the Event are supplied directly by the Organiser who is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Event. We do not accept any liability whatsoever in connection with the Event.
• If the Event is cancelled or postponed, the Organiser is responsible for the relevant Event and refund arrangements and reserves the right to reschedule the Event. • The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event programme without prior notice.
• The booking service in respect of tickets to the Event is provided by the Designated Platform. The use of the booking service to purchase tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the Designated Platform. We disclaim any liability whatsoever in relation thereto.
• We, the Organiser, and the Designated Platform reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the promotion, and the offer made in connection with it, at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
• We can change or cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check our social media platforms for the latest promotional details, priority booking period, ticket price, and terms and conditions of the offer.
• In case of any dispute arising out of this promotion, or the offer made in connection with it, the decision of us, the Organiser, and/or the Designated Platform shall be final and conclusive.
• No person other than you and us which include our successors and assigns will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
• We, the Organiser and the Designated Platform submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, but these terms and conditions may be enforced in the courts of any competent jurisdiction.
• These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (‘Hong Kong’). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• ‘Eligible Credit Card or Debit Card’ refers to any primary and supplementary HSBC Privé, HSBC Premier Mastercard®, HSBC Red Credit Card, HSBC Global Private Banking Mastercard® Debit Card and HSBC Premier Elite Mastercard® Debit Card issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
• ‘HSBC’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (and its successors and assigns).

• A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per transaction.
• An additional HK$38 platform service fee is required for each electronic admission ticket.
• This event uses QR Code electronic admission tickets only; exchange for physical tickets is not available.
• To protect your rights, please do not purchase electronic admission tickets from others. Doing so may result in being denied entry, and the organizer reserves the right to cancel such tickets.
• Please verify the order details carefully. Once the purchase is successful, the buyer agrees to the content and price of the transaction, and tickets are non-refundable.
• Please keep the admission tickets carefully. Lost, damaged, or destroyed tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances. Any alteration, photocopying, reprinting, or scanning/copying of the tickets will render them invalid.
• Audience must hold a valid ticket to enter the event venue, and each person is limited to one ticket. All attendees must comply with the specific terms and restrictions of this event and the venue, including but not limited to age restrictions, codes of conduct, and prohibited items. In the event of any violation, venue staff have the right to refuse entry or require the individual to leave.
• This event is restricted to participants aged 3 or above.
• Once the ticket information and entry QR code (if any) of this event are deleted, modified, or altered, they shall immediately become invalid and void. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud, or unauthorized use, nor shall it reissue any tickets. Any photocopies shall be deemed invalid. In case of any dispute, the Organizer’s records shall prevail, and the Organizer shall have the final decision.
• If the Organizer discovers or suspects that any person is scalping tickets for this event or engaging in any illegal activities (including but not limited to the unauthorized use of personal data or forging identity documents), the Organizer has the right to cancel the relevant person’s ticket purchase and/or entry eligibility, and to cancel the relevant tickets. The Organizer also reserves the right to take legal action. Persons whose ticket purchase and/or entry eligibility have been cancelled will not be allowed to enter the event venue, and the cancelled tickets will also become invalid. All ticket fees already paid, including handling fees, will not be refunded.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of this event without offering ticket refunds or exchanges.
• The Organizer has the right to change or postpone the performance date of this event, cancel this event, reallocate or reduce seats at any time, without assuming any liability for any expectations, inconvenience, loss, or damage caused to the relevant persons. In case of any dispute, the decision made by the Organizer shall be final.
• Ticket holders must comply with the laws of Hong Kong, the safety guidelines of the Organizer and the venue, venue rules, and the instructions of the Organizer and venue staff. Attendees should take personal responsibility for their own safety and avoid any dangerous or unsafe behaviour inside the venue. The Organizer has the right to refuse entry to, or at any time require the departure of, any ticket holder who fails to comply with the relevant regulations. In the event of any emergency, attendees should immediately seek assistance from staff.
• The Organizer has the right to determine the time and manner of entry for latecomers. Ticket holders should follow the instructions and arrangements of the Organizer and/or venue staff for entry.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the event venue. Carrying glass bottles, sharp metal objects, flammable items, laser pointers, helium balloons, metal balloons, or other dangerous items into the event venue is also strictly prohibited.
• No person may bring any animals into the event venue (except guide dogs with prior written consent from the venue).
• To avoid interfering with the event, please turn off the alarm and ringtone functions of alarm clocks and mobile phones during the event.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring any items that may affect or obstruct others’ view and enjoyment of the event into the venue, including but not limited to handbags/backpacks larger than 38×30×20 cm, large light boards (maximum size of light boards: 38×30×20 cm), selfie sticks, balloons, flags, long umbrellas, and stools. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate the above items until the end of the event.
• If any person violates these Terms and Conditions, violates the rules of the Organizer and/or the venue, harasses others, or engages in any behaviour that the Organizer considers inappropriate, the Organizer has the right to require the relevant person to leave the venue immediately, without any compensation or refund.
• The process of this event may be photographed, recorded, and/or live-streamed. The Organizer has the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast or distribute it on television worldwide and on other media that the Organizer deems appropriate, and/or in any other form. All intellectual property rights of this event, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights and all other rights in the live recordings and/or audio-visual products recorded during the related process, shall be permanently owned by the Organizer. By entering the event venue, ticket holders consent to being recorded or photographed. Ticket holders hereby irrevocably waive all existing and future rights (including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property rights, and moral rights) in the content of the live recordings of this event and/or the audio-visual products of the related process.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused to ticket holders or other persons arising from participation in this event or its related process, acceptance or use of souvenirs (if any), or participation in any activities related to souvenirs (if any).
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted within four hours before the start of the event, or if the event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, please pay attention to the latest announcements on the Organizer’s social media.
• Persons who purchase tickets for this event, ticket holders, and attendees agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulations related to this event. The Organizer reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any updates or amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Organizer’s social media. In case of any dispute, the Organizer shall have the final and binding decision.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). Ticket purchasers, ticket holders, and attendees agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
