Terms and Condition

• The organizer of this concert is Fun Entertainment Limited (“Organizer”).
• Priority booking for Les FANmily members: Purchasers must be valid members and provide their membership number along with the email address used during membership registration for verification. Please ensure that the email address provided can receive emails without any issues. Each member is limited to a maximum purchase of 4 tickets.
• This concert uses e-ticket for admission, the ticketing platform will send the ticket(s) to the purchaser’s registered email address 14 days prior to the concert . Each attendee must present a valid e-ticket for entry; screenshots or image formats will not be accepted. Physical commemorative tickets are not valid for entry.
• Physical commemorative tickets will be available for collection at designated location(s) in Hong Kong between September 10 and 20, 2026. Details regarding collection arrangements will be announced later via the Organizer’s social media platforms.
• Admission to this concert is restricted to persons aged 6 or above who hold valid identification documents. Venue staff reserve the right to check attendees' identification documents for age verification. If verification is unsuccessful, venue staff reserve the right to deny entry.
• Should the concert not be able to proceed on 12 September, 2026 due to force majeure (including but not limited to adverse weather conditions), the event will be postponed to Sunday, 13 September 2026. If the concert still cannot take place on the postponed date, the Organizer will arrange refunds. For the avoidance of doubt, refunds will only cover the face value of the purchased ticket(s) and will not include any transportation, accommodation, or other incidental expenses incurred in connection with the concert. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.
• If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted four hours before the start of the concert, or if the event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, please stay tuned to the Organizer’s social media platforms for the latest announcements.
• All attendees must comply with the specific terms and conditions of the concert venue, including but not limited to age restrictions, codes of conduct, and prohibited items. In the event of any violation, venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or require the person to leave.
• Any concert ticket information or admission confirmation code that is deleted, altered, or tampered with shall become invalid. The Organizer will not be responsible for or reissue tickets in cases of loss, damage, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud, or unauthorized use. In case of any dispute, the Organizer’s records shall prevail, and the Organizer shall have final decision-making authority.
• If the Organizer discovers or suspects that any person is engaging in ticket scalping or any unlawful activity (including but not limited to misuse of personal data or falsification of identity documents), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel that person’s ticket purchase and/or admission eligibility, invalidate the relevant tickets, and take legal action. No refunds (including service fees) will be provided to persons whose eligibility has been revoked.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of the concert without refund or ticket exchange.
• Ticket holders must be seated according to the row and seat number indicated on the ticket.
• Ticket holders must comply with the laws of Hong Kong, as well as the safety guidelines, venue rules, and instructions of the Organizer and venue staff. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and should avoid any dangerous or unsafe behavior within the venue. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person who fails to comply with relevant regulations. In case of emergency, attendees should immediately seek assistance from staff.
• The Organizer reserves the right to determine the time and method of admission. Ticket holders must follow the arrangements and instructions given by the Organizer and venue staff.
• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited within the concert venue. Except for authorized personnel, no one is permitted to bring photography or recording equipment, including tripods, into the venue. During the concert, the use of any devices for photography, video recording, audio recording, live streaming, or flash photography is strictly prohibited. If discovered, staff reserve the right to immediately delete all related audio-visual materials.
• Smoking and the bringing of dangerous items such as glass bottles, metal sharp objects, flammable materials, laser pointers, inflatable balloons, or metallic balloons into the venue are strictly prohibited.
• Items that may obstruct or affect the view or enjoyment of others are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to bags/backpacks larger than 38×30×20 cm, large light boards (maximum size 38×30×20 cm), selfie sticks, balloons, flags, long umbrellas, and stools. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate such items until the end of the event.
• No animals are allowed in the venue, except guide dogs with prior written permission from the venue.
• If any person breaches these terms and conditions, violates Organizer and/or venue rules, harasses others, or engages in any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Organizer, the Organizer has the right to require that person to leave immediately without any compensation or refund.
• The concert may be photographed, recorded, and/or live broadcast. The Organizer has the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast or publish such recordings worldwide via television or other media deemed appropriate. All intellectual property rights in the concert, including recordings and related materials, belong permanently to the Organizer. By entering the venue, ticket holders consent to being recorded and irrevocably waive all present and future rights (including copyright, intellectual property rights, and moral rights) in relation to such recordings.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, or inconvenience suffered by ticket holders or others arising from participation in the event, or from the acceptance or use of any souvenirs (if any), or participation in any related activities.
• Purchasers, ticket holders, and attendees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable rules relating to the concert. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). Purchasers, ticket holders, and attendees agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision.
