The hotel staff provided excellent service. The biggest advantage is that there's a massage service within the hotel, and the staff are very professional. We also tried the breakfast set by the pool, which was quite interesting at 699 Thai Baht. However, I would suggest that the hotel arrange the check-in area to have a better queueing system, because when we arrived, people had already cut in line.
