A lovely hotel that gave us a hot air balloon keychain souvenir upon check-in. The owner was very friendly, and the breakfast was rich, delicious, and highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

The flight was very smooth, Pamukkale's scenery was beautiful, and the hotel transfer was very convenient...☺️~ I'm just a little disappointed that the certificate didn't have my name on it. 😮‍💨

Felt novel and the shuttle was on time. It's a shame my family and I were separated into different hot air balloons, but it didn't affect the overall experience.

awesome experience. we felt very safe and the pilot and crew were very experienced. you will be informed the day before if the flight is going to take place. there is a non alcoholic champagne and cert presentation after landing. you have the option to purchase a 360 video that captured amazing views and angles. we went above the clouds so it was an amazing feel and the whole journey took around 45 mins. totally worth it and highly recommend. dress comfortably and warmly during winter and there is no toilet.
