Service: The staff were very polite and helpful, and tried their best to meet my needs.
Cleanliness: The room was well-lit, clean and hygienic, with a USB charging port at the bedside. The pool water was clear and free of many impurities.

Nice hotel with a very convenient location. A shopping center, restaurants, and massage parlors are within walking distance. Cozy rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff.

Super enjoyed my stay here. Convenient location. Near the Phrom Phong station, and walking distance from EM Malls. The staff were all so accommodating. Room was nice. Neighborhood is safe and Quiet. Food was great. Great restaurants Outside too.

The best downtown Bangkok hotel I've stayed at, and the price is great. But be aware that on-site spending at the hotel is high.
