it was a very nice place and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. the area is great for walking around, only downside is that the ac is controlled at the front desk which is closed after 9pm so if your room is too hot you just have to deal with it.

The staff speaks fluent English and the famous Mosaic Square is visible from the room window. It is indeed worthy of its reputation.

It is very conveniently located as it is connected to the station! The city view from the room was great and it was a satisfactory stay with no regrets. I recommend it as a place to stay in Kobe!

Hotel was conveniently located and we were able to find it quickly. There are two 7-11s and one Family Mart within 5 minutes walk. The room is spacious and the amenities were at the lobby for self service.

Very friendly staff, perfect location. The room was small but perfectly adequate, and everything was clean.

The location is great, just across the street from Motomachi Station. The counter staff speaks good English and is very polite. Luggage can be stored at noon on the same day. The bathing area is quite large, with indoor and outdoor areas, but the hair drying space is a bit crowded. There is still space for walking when two 29-inch luggages are spread out in the room. The sofa by the window is great, you can put your spoils or sit and eat, the space is spacious

The location is right in front of the station, so it's really accessible, and I was satisfied with the internal facilities. And the breakfast!

A family of three visited. The staff was very friendly and we were able to rest comfortably. There were many stores nearby, which was great.
