Cleanliness: Very good. The location is relatively convenient by tram, but a bit inconvenient by taxi or car due to the many one-way streets nearby.

Great location, right near Osaka Station, like a 5 minute walk. I could see the Shinkansen trains coming and going right from my room. Good size room, too. Not too small.

The hotel was well-located, near the station. The staff was very friendly, and the bed was super comfortable.

I booked this hotel because it was near to where I am taking my exam. It was so comfortable, the room smells nice. Accomodating staff, check in and check out was easy and fast. Complete amenities. Near some high end resto and bars.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the station and shopping area, making it very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and is highly recommended.
