The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nansenchō Station exit, with easy access to various train lines. It's close to the Tenjinbashi shopping street, across from an AEON, and near Umeda and Shinsaibashi. The breakfast is good, offering a mix of Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, with a nice atmosphere and excellent service.

The restaurant on the hotel's first floor is very comfortable, and the reception staff is very polite. The hotel room is very clean, and it was also my first time in Japan experiencing an exquisite bathroom.

The accommodation was great, but as other blogs or friends mentioned, I don't think you absolutely *have* to eat the breakfast!!! It was just okay, nothing special. I signed up for breakfast for all 3 nights of my stay, but the variety wasn't great (in my opinion). If you have a morning itinerary, I think you can skip the breakfast. Other than that, the cleanliness and the services like the large communal bath were great! But one thing that was a bit disappointing was... I asked for water because I was thirsty, and when I asked for one more bottle, the reaction from the female staff member at the front desk was...^^,, It felt like she was questioning why two people needed another bottle. I overheard the staff talking amongst themselves in Japanese, and it made me feel a little uncomfortable.

It's quite close to the subway station, and the staff is exceptionally nice. They have various toiletries available for you to take (lotion, cleansing oil, etc.), and they also provide pajamas. The room has a bathtub for soaking, and there are USB charging ports. There's a coin-operated washing machine on the second floor, which is quite convenient. I just feel like Japanese hotels are generally small, and the mirrors and beds are a bit low, or maybe it's just because I'm relatively tall at 168cm.

This hotel was perfect! They provide everything you need in the hotel room plus extra fun amenities at the check-in desk. Great central location and easy accessible to the trains as well as wonderful staff. Definitely opt in to get breakfast included in your stay, it's worth it. Great hotel and great value!

The hotel condition was excellent! It was clean and neat. When I went to check in, there was a Korean-speaking staff member, which was convenient. Hehe. Since there were four of us, I booked two twin rooms right next to each other, which was great because it was easy to move around. The amenities were super generous! The front desk had washing products, lotions, and cleansers. For the three nights, I left the "clean my room" sign on, and they refilled all the disposable items and gave me new slippers every day. Oh, and the front desk had tea, coffee, and matcha lattes, so I could easily grab some and enjoy them. ♡♡♡
