good location. its near the aiprort whether via metro or taxi. the staffs were respectful especially the housekeeping staff and receptionist. glad i booked here and i highly recomend novotel.

5 star for 5 star hotel. great location and super accessible to shopping area, grocery/suoermarket, gold store and restaurant. service was excellent as well. very accommodating. they even offered a free room upgrade to family suite room. worth booking for its price!

2nd time staying here. very exceptional. very clean. Shops and supermarkets are around the corner. Near to al seef, gold souk, the frame. Got shuttle bus to burjuman station and dubai mall. It was a very pleasant stay.

It was a very pleasant stay, and the room was very clean. The cleaning boy was very helpful.
Everything is there for you to use, complete with a washing machine, a kitchenette, and everything else you need.
The location is very strategic. There are supermarkets everywhere. In front of the hotel, there are many restaurants to choose from.
The best part is they provide a shuttle bus to Burjuman Metro Station.
