①I purchased a Universal Studios Japan (USJ) 1-day ticket + Express Pass for each attraction once through Klook. However, it wasn't as crowded as Disney, so honestly, I don't think the Express Pass was necessary. I don't quite understand the specific rules, but it seems if you have a higher-tier Express Pass, you can enter the park 30 minutes before the 10:00 AM opening. We weren't eligible for that, so we entered the park at 9:30 AM and waited in the park's walkway for the 10:00 AM opening. However, the operating hours were shorter compared to Disney (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM), so if you want to experience all the attractions or repeat your favorite ones, an Express Pass would likely help you navigate more efficiently.
②We were able to ride the popular Studio Tour with only about a 10-minute wait. Throughout the day, the wait times weren't very long. The commentary is entirely in English, with the guide at the front speaking live the entire time. People in the back rows watch the broadcast on a TV. Your English skills will be tested. It's almost entirely listening, and honestly, it went in one ear and out the other, lol. There are several events along the way:
→①You'll be shaken during a Donkey Kong vs. Dinosaur scene. ②Jaws appears and splashes water on you. ③You're trapped in a locked room during an emergency, and water pours down from all sides. ④A knife-wielding psychopath wanders around. (After that, you'll see a crashed airplane.)
