Rokkosan Ski Area tours

The guide was friendly and contacted me the day before. He spoke mandarin. The drive to the snow park was 1hr there. we enjoyed our time very much and the ski rental set Inc jacket, pants, gloves, helmet, skis/ snowboard. we had to return to the car at 4pm. there's a cafe there with a varied menu and the prices are reasonable.

This activity is a blast and something everyone should give a shot on your first or second day. Our tour guide, Min, is undeniably exceptional and a true gem! He expertly guided us through a variety of sightseeing spots, offering detailed explanations of these historical significance. At each stop, he was attentive, ensuring that everyone was well cared for, also gave us a unforgettable Xmas gift🥹🥹. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in search of a memorable local adventure!

really great tour! it was really convenient :)our guide winnie was really accommodating and friendly. we had fun playing in the snow and feeding the deer! ❤️❤️it was a holiday when we went olso there were a lot of people in the snow park 😅(so take note of their holiday dates!) nevertheless it was fun going on the sled and playing in the snoooow❄️❄️

A fun-filled trip featuring a wide buffet spread with free-flow snow crabs, followed by fresh strawberries picked straight from the farm and enjoyed on the spot, ending the day with a relaxing shopping stop that rounded everything off perfectly.

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Huahua, during our trip to Mt. Rokko. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and he made the whole journey easy and enjoyable. Since we were only two families on the tour, the day felt just right and personalized. The kids especially had a great time, and we appreciated that the other family chose to stay overnight at the onsen, which allowed us to head back to Osaka earlier than scheduled. It was a blessing, especially with the cold weather and how tired we all were.

Our guide, Nick Lee, was punctual and even arrived early. The pick-up and drop-off locations were very clear, and the vehicle was clean and spacious. My family said they felt comfortable and had plenty of legroom. Along the way, he introduced nearby attractions and explained the history of Kobe, as well as information about the Osaka Expo site in Yumeshima. Since we're from Hong Kong, we mainly communicated in Mandarin. Nick spoke some Cantonese and English, which made us feel more engaged. He was also considerate, asking if we had eaten. Because it was cold on the mountain, he thoughtfully drove the car to a spot just a step away from the entrance and turned on the heater while waiting for us to come down. We happened to encounter a fireworks display, and he even allowed us to stay on the mountain for an extra 20 minutes to watch them. Although it was too cold in the end, we went down the mountain after watching the fireworks. This was our first time participating in a day tour, and I highly recommend it!

Our guide Ayako was knowledgeable and had great English. She went above and beyond to make our day as seamless as possible and we had a great day exploring the sights of Kobe. The confirmation email received from the company prior to the tour perfectly explained the itinerary for the day and even included photos of where to meet and a photo of our guide. Our only suggestion would be to add the expectation to pay for the guides lunch as an item not covered in the tour cost. While we didn’t mind, it would be good to know this in advance before booking the tour.
