Service: The hotel offers complimentary drinks (one per person), including cocktails and beer, perfect for relaxing after a full day of activities! Afterward, you can unwind in the large public bath and sauna!

Breakfast: Did not experience the breakfast!
Hotel Location: Very convenient and quick access to the subway station! About a 5-minute walk!
Cleanliness: Nice stay, clean and tidy!
Service: Generally acceptable! However, laundry is very expensive! Almost HK$70~$80 per load!
Transportation Convenience: Walking distance to the subway station.

the place was amazing! also the onsen was a nice touch and very relaxing after a long tiring day. also, the location is very near the station

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the back of Kyoto Station, but the delicious breakfast is definitely worth it! I loved starting each day with a Japanese breakfast, especially the rice. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the public bath was a great way to relax. Overall, this hotel is excellent value for money!

Overall, I am satisfied, but I have to pay for the laundry and it takes several times to dry it. Breakfast and dinner are included. I am very satisfied.
