First of all, the massage from Ms. Gerlie was commendable. The tiny details before the massage like asking if I wanted to use the toilet before and how hard the massage pressure I want was really important. It was so relaxing l was slipping between falling asleep and being awake. The massage hit all the points in my body that needed the most. I can atest it was the best from all my previous massage experiences. Staff’s were professionally mannered, polite :) I had a free onsen access which included a heated mini pool, sauna and steam room. I had it all to myself since there was no traffic at that time. The pool was quite small but more than enough for relaxation. Bringing a friend would be a really nice idea next time.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We spent three nights and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the town center which made exploring the city super easy. The rooms were comfortable and clean. What really made our stay special was the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready with help. We’ll definitely be back!
