💯 highly recommended! Called Pattaya Space Outlet to make reservation with terminal 21 Voucher. Paid additional 750baht/pax for Onsen facilities. 165mins full spirit (body, foot, scrub) and 120 mins Thai massage didn't eat my time when I went toilet midst of massage. Male masseur crack my whole back very well! Spent here from 10am to 4pm as I enjoyed the Onsen facilities before and after 120mins Thai massage. Hot tea (refillable) and mango sticky rice were served after massage.

The staff were very attentive to our needs. They arranged a pickup for our rides to and from the site. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a rose, fresh Brazilian juice, and a cold compress. After registering, we went to our cottage and had a phenomenal massage that greatly helped with our mobility and flexibility after a month of intense workouts. To conclude our experience, we were provided with tea and water after our massages. ✊🏼🎇

I truly enjoyed Lets relax. their staff are well trained and the spas are beautiful. It was easy to book (you can book the onsen at their spa in the terminal 21). It was easy to use : just show the coupon. we have a warm welcome at the facilités, everyrhing was clean. note that you will be offered a mango sticky rice with this offer, not with just a simple food massage.

It was an amazing experience. Once I booked it, they messaged just to check what time we would be coming. They accommodated us even when we said we would update them a day before, we emailed that we would be coming a little earlier since we finished our tour already. They knew it was us when we came, expecting us. Had water, straw slippers, and candy ready. Friendly and asked a few questions that made us feel welcome. The place was lovely, with some dry ice or something outside that had a faint fog going on their garden design outside. The decor inside was beautiful. Showcasing Thailand. The massage itself was out of this world. You get to choose the scent. My friend got Rose and I forgot mine but it smelled great. There was coconut and peppermint too. We had the 150 minute massage where they helped my back and neck and head. The herbal compress was so amazing that when we went to the market, I bought my own compress balls for the body and the face. They submerge them in hot water then just dab it on the body. It felt good. I even had the lady therapist focus on my shoulders, she used her forearms. Great Job. They even had drinks waiting for us after everything and wished us well on our journey.

It is expensive as you get your own private big room with own private shower room too cleanse, basin for the staff to constantly wash their hands on applying oil or scrub. the oil is hot or it is warmed by their hand so no sudden coldness to your body. the bed is heated in the tummy area so it is not cold. the room is not very cold so it is the right room temperature. you can get choose oil and scrub. we went for the 3 hours blooming massage. you change the undies twice as difference massage. the staff will ask you and it is always cheap quick elbow massage , their actually have to use their hands for pressure. you get to drink after each massage so you not dry throat for 3 hours. you get sticky rice dessert at the end too. there is no rush. they minimise talking to each other and focus on you and respect. this is like the top end of everything so if you were going to cheap message and then change to best stuff ie hot oil , special oil, body scrub etc, it works similar.

This trip to Thailand was special because it was with my family. So, I got massages three times, preferably only at the 'Health Land' chain, which maintains Thai traditions well. The first was in 'Pattaya', and then 'Sathon' and 'Asoke' in Bangkok. In Pattaya, I had to make a reservation in advance, and in Bangkok, I visited without a reservation because same-day reservations were not possible. As a result, among the three 'Health Land' branches, my experience in Pattaya personally felt a bit unfamiliar, different from what I knew about 'Health Land'. One of the most important elements of a chain is maintaining the consistency of service quality that the chain possesses. However, since massage involves a person directly applying physical force to another person, is it unavoidable that the difference varies so dramatically? While thinking this, it's a natural thought from a consumer's perspective that a chain should be able to overcome such problems. The overall atmosphere of the establishment was not much different from other places, but it seems necessary to check the overall training on basic service quality. I think massage is similar to a dance with a partner. Like a tango, there are agreements in each other's actions regarding the touch, rhythm, and tempo. In this regard, subtle service upgrades seem necessary, such as the order of the massage or the intensity control during the not-so-short two-hour service process.
