It's cheaper to buy tickets on Klook in advance than at the venue. You can redeem and select your seats beforehand, and use a QR code to enter.

I used the Haruka train to travel from Kansai Airport to Kyoto. I purchased a QR voucher through Klook, and it was very convenient because I didn't have to wait in a long line to exchange the voucher for a ticket; I could just scan the QR barcode directly at the ticket gate to enter. It was also great that I could easily reserve seats and change boarding times online.

Mr Mike is the best! trip to day trip to Osaka and Kyoto was a blast! he is very friendly and gave us tips and showed points of interest during our ride. We had an unplanned interest to visit Uji to get Matcha, he was very kind to take us there. Mr Mike also suggested a place for lunch where locals eat, and it was one of the best meals we had in Japan! he was always guiding us on where we need to head on tourist spots and suggested areas that we can visit next time. the whole family had a blast, thank you Mr Mike! he also speaks english very well! we ended the day back in Osaka on time and with really enjoyed our trip. he was also always on time.

The "JR Kansai Wide Area Pass" is highly recommended! The exchange process is quite simple; you can quickly pick it up at the station counter. It's also very convenient to use, as you almost never have to worry about transportation when riding JR trains. The itinerary is very flexible, allowing easy access to popular attractions like Tottori, Amanohashidate, Kinosaki Onsen, Wakayama, and Shirahama, essentially covering all of Kansai and its surrounding areas. Plus, if your plans change unexpectedly, you can cancel for free if unused, which is completely stress-free. Overall, it's an excellent value and highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Kansai in depth!

Easy to redeem. Just make sure you have a reliable internet connection since you need to use the generated QR code, which has a countdown timer. Even for just one day it was worth it—we visited 3 attractions even though we only started around noon, plus we got free train rides.

Choosing the e-ticket this time was incredibly convenient; there was no need to exchange it for a physical ticket. Traveling in the unreserved section allowed us to flexibly adjust our schedule according to our own time, and we could have reserved seats if needed. However, we opted for the unreserved section this time, and the entire journey was very smooth and convenient.

The hotel's interior design is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are also incredibly lovely. There's a building on the premises that looks like a cathedral clock tower, and the view of it from the hallway window is breathtaking. That area is mainly used for weddings, so it's exceptionally pretty. Even the elevator is beautiful! The interior design alone is enough for me to give it a perfect score. The front desk staff are also very friendly. The transportation accessibility is excellent. There's a direct connection to the station and also to Garden City. The location is simply unbeatable. There are several other hotels lined up right next door. The airport limousine bus stop is also very close by. It's near Nishi-Umeda and Osaka Station. And while some expensive hotels still don't have YouTube, I appreciated that this one had a smart TV with YouTube.
