Krabi Province Wildlife

We booked the 12:00 tour and were picked up directly from our hotel. Once we arrived, the staff assisted us right away and Toen guided our group throughout the visit. We learned a lot about the elephants and their rescue stories while preparing their food. We also got plenty of great photos since our guide had an assistant dedicated to taking pictures of us 😉. I’m not sure if it was just coincidence, but when we got there, there were only a few other visitors, so we had lots of time to feed all six elephants. That’s why I’d recommend choosing the 12:00 slot. We had an amazing experience overall. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Krabi 😍

Definitely had a great time visiting this sanctuary. Hearing the elephants’ stories truly broke my heart 💔. I hope they are happier and live a better life after this. The staff were all very helpful and polite, and I loved listening to their explanations. 🐘✨ My family and I also had a great time feeding them.

it was a great experience, I got to know a lot about elephants, from getting to know their behavior, feeding them, making their protein food and bathing them, it was really a one of a kind experience, I will surely treasure this experience, the facilities are very clean, the bathrooms are clean, refreshments and snacks are included, free photos as well, the pool that we bathed the elephants are clean and no smell, it was maintained very well, the elephants are well behaved, luckily no one was injured on our batch, I very much enjoyed the tour and experience, no other fees to be paid, I would highly recommend this!

Enjoyed our experience with the elephants. Our group was small (7 total) so plenty of time for interaction with the elephants. Elephants are obviously trained and used to human interaction but seemed content and not stressed. Took many great photos and have excellent memories.

I chose thr3 hour tour when we arrived we were greeted by a very smiley lovely lady (forgot her name sorry) there were drinks and lovely snacks. had the most informative chat about what they do at this sanctuary and why, she made it fun asking us questions and to guess for example age of elephants the weight she had so much passion she explained they had four elephants and have a keeper has a mahut the elephant chooses they got to make an emotional connection it take up to 2 weeks to 3 months then there paired for life they are together 24/7.the mahout and family stay at santury the bond is for life. background info was sad. but life now is great.watched one naturally takes a bath .they roam where they want and mahout follows to protect each other after had a fantastic meal I . I would 100% recommend this sanctuary it gave me a feeling of peace and that the elephants were well looked after and they came first so please please go you also will remember this for life

This was a very memorable and wonderful experience. The guide was very helpful and even took pictures for us, which we really appreciated. The elephants are not kept in captivity, and it was clear that they are genuinely cared for. Getting to apply mud on the elephants, feed them, walk with them, and bathe them was an amazing experience. The Tiger Cave climb was challenging for me because I had injured my leg a few days earlier, but I still managed to reach the top. Some sections have very steep stairs, but taking breaks after a few flights helped a lot. Overall, it was a rewarding experience and one I would definitely recommend.
