The Hot Air balloon experience was truly one for the books. The entire team from ground up until we took flight and landed we're very helpful, professional and extremely experienced. On the day we were to go on the hot air balloon, due to unpleasant weather conditions it was cancelled, but the entire team of klook, Stephanie from the customer support and local operator made it possible for us to reschedule our experience and go for it the next day and truly was one of the best experiences ever. Truly a cherish worthy memory.

A must do experience in Luxor. I recommend the sunrise option, pick up from hotel and transfer to launch site all went very smoothly. Tea/coffee/refreshments provided. plenty time in the air to take in the most incredible views over the desert and valley of the kings. Smooth landing. it all felt very safe and I highly recommend!!

Pick up from the hotel was on time and drop us back after. The experience itself was great. Safety was their utmost priority. Instructions were clearly provided. It lifted just right after sunrise and the views of the valley and the village were incredible up above.

Not for people who want to sleep in. I needed to be ready in hotel lobby by 4:35 a.m. Not complaining, just informing. The ride and views were spectacular. The staff were polite and professional. Overall a worthwhile excursion

Instructor: Ayman, the tour guide, was very kind and helpful. He explained the scenery throughout the city. He also recommended tombs in the Valley of the Kings to visit. He doesn't go inside the tombs with you to guide you, but he takes you to the entrance. I was very happy and enjoyed talking with him because he was friendly and kind. He also took photos for us.
Experience: The hot air balloon tour was canceled the day before due to bad weather. We received a $40 refund for the canceled tour, and the itinerary became a West Bank tour only. He took us to places that would have been difficult to reach on our own, so we were able to explore freely. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful experience! They picked us up by car at 5 AM, and we transferred at the Luxor train station square to join other tour participants in a shared ride to the balloon launch site. The sunrise around 6:50 AM in late October was stunning. Our family participated and had a truly valuable experience. The platform was stable, so it wasn't scary at all. Tipping wasn't forced, so we didn't feel pressured. However, it's definitely worth tipping!!

Nice experience on the Nile, with a different tour guide everday. Tickets and tips are not included so make sure to take cash and have card ready. No hot air balloon flight - cancelled due to weather, trying to get money back.

I applied and went through the tour alone. Despite being a solo traveler, they provided a personal guide according to the schedule, and the guide was excellent. I had a great time overall without any inconvenience. The guides were fantastic, and they consistently provided helpful feedback about the schedule via WhatsApp, which helped alleviate any concerns. Thank you for helping me have a wonderful trip! :)
