Siem Reap

This is my first time in Cambodia, and I didn't expect that besides Angkor Wat, there would be such a fun activity like a cooking class! 😍 The store arranges for a tuk-tuk to pick us up from the hotel, and we visit the market together to learn about the local ingredients, and then we go to the store to visit their vegetable garden. Thank you, Kong, for your detailed explanation, humor, and friendliness! 👍 I learned a lot while chatting with him while strolling through the market. Next is the Khmer cooking session, where each person can choose to make four dishes, divided into appetizers, main courses, vegetarian dishes, and desserts. Sorya carefully noted everyone's dishes and patiently taught us each dish, what ingredients to use, how much seasoning to add, and how long to cook. Finally, with everyone's cooperation, we completed a rich table of dishes together! 🥳 So delicious, so fun, so fulfilling, and so satisfying! The staff's English is excellent, communication is stress-free, and they can also say some Chinese words, which is really sincere! 🤩 I really strongly recommend friends who come to Siem Reap to experience the Khmer cooking course if they have the opportunity. It's so interesting, you can get close to the local people's lives, and it's very meaningful! 😭

I signed up for the evening class, and since there was no one else, I was able to enjoy a one-on-one lesson on how to make Cambodian food. After experiencing the atmosphere of the market, we made three dishes in about an hour on the second floor of the restaurant. The instructor did most of the seasoning, which was a little salty, which was a bit of a shame, but overall it was fun and delicious, so I was very satisfied.

as all the other reviews say, if you’re in siem reap, please do come and do this activity. you’ll get to make 5 and bring home 1 for free. they also sell other trinkets and knick knacks that are so well crafted and cute. our mute instructor was very patient as well with us.

My friend and I had a very nice day. We were contacted and picked up at the hotel as agreed. Our tour guide spoke very good English and explained everything to us. At the beginning it was a bit chaotic until we could put on the traditional clothes, because we went to several shops. Make-up, clothing and jewelry are included in the price - hairstyle unfortunately not. He also took photos of us, so we didn't need an extra photographer, but a camera or cell phone is required, but everyone usually has that. We would definitely recommend Karona and the driver.

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all. The cost performance, the food, the show, the tuk-tuk transfer, and the trip with my mother made for great memories. The staff was courteous and I had a great time, I'm completely satisfied. If you go to Siem Reap, you should definitely book it. It's sure to be a great memory. The buffet also had a wide variety of dishes and the BBQ meat grilled right in front of you was all amazing, I ate until I was full. The cost performance is just too good. I highly recommend it to anyone going to Siem Reap.

the driver came 30min earlier than pick up time and waited so patiently. the night ride was so amazing. the hotel ambience and food was just So amazing. I went with my mother, who is super picky about food. Still she ate so much. the show was so nice and became unforgettable memory of the trip. the staffs were so polite and helpful.

the show was absolutely stunning! so thrilled and amazing one. the show was absolutely traditional with fantastic ambience and friendly staffs. they greet us with flowers , share a booklet on the dances performed to understand. the performers are highly energetic and awesome. highly recommended to visit.

The driver arrived early by about 5 minutes, which was great — we were waiting at the hotel around 6:05 PM, and he reached about 6:09 PM, right on time and very polite. The buffet was delicious with a wide variety of food options — there was something for everyone to enjoy! The Apsara dance performance was also wonderful, consisting of five parts that told different traditional stories through graceful dance and music. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable evening — great food, amazing cultural performance, and smooth hotel pickup. Around 6:15 PM, a tuk-tuk picked me up at the hotel. We arrived at the venue first, so I was able to take my time selecting and enjoying the drinks and food. The drinks and food were visually appealing and delicious. There's even a vegan-friendly food section, which I recommend for those with dietary restrictions.
