The driver arrived at the hotel early and even went into the lobby to look for us. He patiently waited to ensure everyone was seated in the vehicle. This thoughtful service made us feel very appreciative and made the entire transfer process smoother and more enjoyable.

The driver was incredibly punctual, even arriving early at the airport. They proactively sent messages and photos to inform us of the waiting location, which allowed us to easily find our pickup spot right after landing, making us feel very reassured. On the way to the hotel, the driver thoughtfully used a translation device to introduce us to Okinawa's famous attractions and local cuisine. This immediately made us feel the warmth and friendliness of Okinawa upon our arrival. Despite the language barrier, the driver made a great effort to communicate with us, and this dedication left a deep impression, creating a wonderful first impression for our trip. We hadn't initially planned to book airport transfer service for our return journey, but our first experience was so excellent that we didn't hesitate to choose the same company again. We are very grateful to the driver for their enthusiastic introductions and careful service throughout, which made our journey pleasant and worry-free. We sincerely wish the driver success in their work and a safe and happy everyday life, and we look forward to having the opportunity to ride with them again on our next visit to Okinawa.

The driver arrived early and waited at the accommodation entrance. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Since I had an early flight and didn't want to struggle with luggage on the train, I chose the airport transfer service. It was definitely a worthwhile experience, highly recommended!
