Great service. Will be communicated with by a rep and the driver. Friendly and helpful. Removed one worry from our equation which we are thankful for as we were traveling with 3 kids and 2 where exhausted / asleep by reaching final airport so figuring out the trains and busses would have been extra difficult that first night. We got ours for 9 people / 9 bags since we had 6 and was roomy and comfortable. Also, we got this for about $85 which was not bad compared to the average being around $100 and reduced our travel from aiport from 1h+ to 30m and no worrie about figuring out how to get there which then lets us start from our place of stay on discovering our location.
