Taichung Half-Day Tour: Gaomei Wetlands Shuttle & Pineapple Cake DIY

there was a problem with the van’s ac when we were picked up from the station. the guide dropped us in miyahara to change the car thankfully. the driver/guide (mr. wang) was very friendly and can speak fluent english! we were joined with Japanese tourists in the middle of the tour and the guide can also speak Japanese! Gaomei wetland’s sunset was magnificent! we enjoyed this tour very much

It was drizzling during our visit to the Gaomei Wetlands, but it didn’t affect the atmosphere of the trip. Watching the sunset at Gaomei Wetlands was truly a wonderful experience not to be missed when traveling in Taichung. Despite the language barrier, the tour guide that day was very attentive to us throughout the trip.

Chris is very friendly and knowledge tour guide showing us to the beautiful area of Gaomei wetlands. well planned tri, even helped us to search for tandem bike store which was unfortunately not open today. after trip, he went extra mile to send us to nearest place for dinner. it was very relaxing and enjoyable trip

our tour guide Cook was very helpful and attentive. He communicated well on the meeting point and texted us his location when he reached so that we wouldn’t miss him. he also gave us the option to either go as a group or go individually to enjoy the wetlands. he detailed the timings to take note for sunset as well. he is a very detailed guide 👏🏻

Cook was a great tour guide. Gaomei Wetland was great and Cook made sure everyone felt included despite the language barrier, which really enhanced the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic way to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Mika is a good driver and tour guide for the day. Give us her food for thought on Feng Jia market recommmended food.

It was a pleasant day. On the day of the activity, the driver and tour guide Max was very punctual, polite, attentive and humorous. The weather was also very comfortable and we could see beautiful sunsets. At the end of the trip, Max also recommended night market delicacies and provided drinking water on the bus. Although the activity time was short, the itinerary was very fulfilling. If I come to Taichung next time, I will also choose Klook to join a tour.

guide was ok but weather not good, sad, raining heavily and no sunset, go at your own risk, weather is unpredictable

Cook explained in detail where and when to meet via KakaoTalk the day before, so it was convenient. The weather wasn't very clear, but we were able to enjoy some nice scenery. I think it takes about 40-50 minutes one way.
