What to expect
Kyo-Machiya Experience Studio Waraku, located in Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto City, offers hands-on workshops for creating Japanese crafts and accessories. We offer a variety of crafting plans, including kanzashi hair ornaments, Kinzai Yuzen dyeing, and thread-winding lamps. Use bamboo from Kyoto that is approximately 200 years old, and choose your favorite pattern - the design is up to you! We are conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from JR Kyoto Station.
