The guide didn’t show up. I waited for 1 hour under the rain. I was not the only one who was waiting. There was another family who was in the same situation with the same company. When I asked for the refund, the company asked me for the proof. luckly i had a picture i took at the spot at the time. (Though, It’s still inappropriate to ask the guest for the proof . it’s the guide who has to provide the proof that they successfully proceeded the tour.). And they just say that tour was done and cannot refund. It’s absurd to take a tour from this company. - this is a review of $40 value
Good to know
This tour doesn't go inside Notre Dame. Though the cathedral has recently reopened, group tours are not yet permitted inside Notre Dame. You are welcome to try to visit on your own after the guided tour. This guided experience is an outdoor walking tour of the area surrounding the cathedral, followed by entry (ticket included) to the crypt beneath it.
