這酒店很方便，在深圳灣過關，坐滴滴16元到達，其實地鐵重快，后海站D2出口，今次是慶祝生日，但klook冇備註，到咗同酒店講，房間有佈置送朱古力和生果，經理好細心，大棠又送咖啡紅茶，設備齊全，大棠寬敞，室內泳池都適合小朋友玩，因為有提供大型水泡，自助晚餐都好豐富，送龍蝦喎或燕窩選擇，還有送咗榴槤班戟，食物水準不錯，房間都很舒服有浴缸，週邊有很多商場行街一流，自助早餐都豐富，值得推介的一間酒店

Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide selection of food, including international cuisine, hot and freshly prepared noodles, and a healthy salad bar. I even had a few extra servings of fruit yogurt – it felt like a mini food festival. These dining experiences made me feel like I got great value for my money, and I highly recommend it to food lovers! Of course, there are a few small areas where the hotel could improve. For example, the exterior looks a bit old, and the lobby decor is a bit outdated, giving it a retro but slightly worn feel. A slight renovation would add a more modern charm. The room itself was nice, the bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't cool enough. The view from the window was open and pleasant, especially suitable for a short break for city travelers like me. In terms of location, the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls, making it easy to explore. There was a small incident after checkout. I left in a hurry that day and realized on the way that I had forgotten my glasses! Anxiously, I rushed back to the hotel for help, and a front desk employee, Xiao Jiang (such a mature, steady, and capable partner!), immediately displayed extraordinary professionalism. He calmly and carefully listened to my description, noted my room number and time, and immediately called the cleaning staff on my floor to inquire about the situation. Within minutes, he not only confirmed the location of the glasses, but also personally led me back to the room and easily retrieved them from the bedside table drawer! The whole process was efficient and considerate, instantly relieving my anxiety. Xiao Jiang's ability to handle things was beyond expectations; he not only solved the problem, but also made me feel the hotel's warm, home-like service. This kind of delicate care is key to my choice of hotels! Overall, the dining and employee service were the biggest pluses. I hope the hotel can maintain this enthusiasm.
