Private snowboard and ski coach with photography service in Rusutsu Resort, Hokkaido (English/Chinese)

Me and my husband had 3h skiing lesson for first timer at the Rusutsu resort. Our instructor, Ian, was very kind from the beginning. Communication for meeting appointment was done smoothly the evening before. On the day of the lesson, he accompanied us with the equipment rental, carefully explained them, and we learned all the basics. He also shared small tricks on handling equipments, and during the lesson he offered to take photos and videos of us, withous us even asking. It was lightly snowing during the lesson, and it made the experience even more fun. He is also very patience to teach me eventhough I am slow to progress, compared to my husband. All in all, the lesson was so much fun and enjoyable and much recommended. When possible, ask for Ian as your instructor; he will make sure you have a great lesson, even if you are first timer / beginner! Thanks Ian!!

This skiing experience was really fun. In addition to teaching attentively, Coach Kou is also very attentive in guiding children. I highly recommend him. He is a child-friendly instructor and will patiently help with shooting. This is really important because you can I immediately saw my physical deficiencies. It is very practical. I will recommend it to my friends as a designated coach. Thank you coach.

We had a really great day with Ben! He was very kind and patient to guide us step by step throughout the sessions. Clear instructions and demostrations. We were able to pick up really decent understanding about understanding in just 5 hours with Ben.

Ben was a great instructor! corrected some of our bad habits, and gave us a very structured guide to give us milestones to hit for progressing after the lesson. also took lots of great photos for us!!!

This is our first time skiing and it would be best to have an instructor to guide and brief us on the basics and safety. We have a friendly and patient instructor, Mr Ivan, who is very encouraging throughout the lesson. Remember to give yourself ample time to get ready your ski equipment and make your way to the meeting point.

Ben was our coach for this snowboarding experience! The three of us are totally new to snowboarding but Ben were there to teach us the basics and also making sure that we enjoy process! Ben is really nice and thoughtful! He can even speak both english and chinese! Really thankful to Ben for teaching us the basics of snowboarding despite the short duration!

Hey Aria, thank you so much for the awesome snowboard lessons! You made everything super fun, and I really appreciate how friendly and chill you are. Thanks for being so patient with us too — even though we definitely needed extra time to absorb those lessons 😅 And honestly, it’s kinda funny that you’re younger than us, but still way better at everything on the snow. We were very fortunate to get assigned to coach Kou, for my family of 4. I had 2 kids, age 6 and 3, and I have to say she is the most patient and encouraging coach I have encountered (I have met 2 previous coaches in other places). She made it simple for my kids to understand and pick up, and especially for my elder one, she was so encouraging that she really enjoyed herself, and able to pick up the basics of ice skiing within the short period of time. The trainer is very nice and pays great attention to safety, but the manufacturer is quite irresponsible. He didn’t contact me at 6pm the night before the scheduled date. I had to find a way to find customer service and spent an hour trying to contact the trainer... If anyone has any questions, If you have other options, I don’t recommend ordering from Klook.

The experience was perfect! Our coach, Lemon, was very patient and made sure to pay attention to everyone, even though we were a group of six. We're really looking forward to our next trip!
