It's a fantastic way of seeing the Beautiful & Historic city of Naples from the open top of the Bus. The redemption process was also very simple.
Unlike City Sightseeing Sorrento, the Napoli staffs made me waited for 15mins despite the advanced booking voucher that’s ready to be redeemed. They never scanned the barcode, but asking me to go through my e-mails, the confirmation sent by KLOOK need to be forwarded to them. What a hassle. More than 5 employees at the booth, keep talking to each other as I was waiting for my receipt to be issued, under the hot sun. I should’ve just gone straight to their booth and purchase the tix instead of doing online booking. I enjoyed the Sorrento experience more than the Naples city sightseeing.
We got ride both routes and it was a good respite from all the walking we did previous days before. We just wished the bus operated until evening as the last one was ending around 6pm.
We used their hop on hop off because we arrived via cruise Ship. It was the best way to see the City at such a short period of time and it was cheaper through klook. The only thing is the signs of there the bus stops is small. You kind of have to look out for it. Otherwise it was very convenient.
Good way to explore Naples, take the blue tour for a very scenic view of Naples. Unfortunately most of the things to do is outside of Naples (Pompeii, Amalfi, Capri, etc) but that is not the fault of this tour. All in all, a good way to explore all the facets of Naples
