Booking Requirements
- Day charges are based on 24 hours. For example, if you pick up the scooter in 8:00am on 1 May and return it in 8:00am on 2 May, you will be charged for 1 day of rental
- Your scooter brand will be selected randomly
- Minimum age requirement 18+
- Vietnamese citizens must present a valid ID and driver's license upon receiving the scooter
- Non-Vietnamese passport holders must present their passport upon receiving the scooter
- The operator will keep your ID/passport as a deposit, they will return your ID/passport if everything is in order
- In case you damage or lost the scooter, Klook, the operator and the customer will discuss to come up with the best agreement

I had a great time ㅡㅋ The owners are both kind.
When we arrived at the port, the rental bike had not arrived yet. . It didn't arrive even after an hour. I'm alone at the port. Just one person. I called a taxi and went to the hotel. It's the worst because it's an AI reservation. I booked an extra ticket. I will never book a ticket again. I would recommend it to other tourists. Refund of bicycle price. Refund of ferry fees. Claim for compensation. That's what I ask. I'm currently in bed feeling unwell because of all of you. It was my first time visiting Vietnam. I was looking forward to it. However, thanks to everyone, the worst did not happen.
The provider had to be contacted several times before he even brought the motorcycle... Then the bike was a complete disaster with no lights and everything that was possible was broken... what's more, the person understood exactly 0.0... We strongly advise against booking it!! !
Klook only tells me to contact the local tour company directly by phone. I was told to contact them within 48 hours, but there was no response.
