Klook Pass Siargao

I recommend this Klook Pass because you can save a little bit of money for transporation essentials in Siargao like airport to hotel, hotel to airport transfers, motorcycle rental, or fitness classes like yoga or crossfit. My tip is to contact the suppliers beforehand to ensure your slots.

It's still ok, but the reply is slow. The schedule is very happy ~ remember to make all appointments before the expiration date, otherwise it will expire.

Please beware of extra charges. I thought the surfing lessons already included the picture and video-taking, but we were forced to pay an additional ₱500.00 for it. The pictures were not even of excellent quality. If we were only informed of such payment, we would have not handed our phone to them. There's also an additional fee for the locker. Which they also told us after the lessons. If you do not want to pay extra charges, better not bring anything or ask somebody for a free shot. The Sohoton Cove was nice, but it took us a while to get to a boat because there were plenty of people and the boats were limited. If you don't mind waiting in line then you can take this tour. The Premium Tri-Island Tour was a mess for us. My husband left his snorkel in Daku Island and although they offered to find it, they told us that it was not found. The tour guide was not friendly and did not smile all throughout the tour. We paid an extra ₱1,000.00 for the snorkel. We offered to buy a snorkel in a nearby store (because we prefer to leave them a new snorkel than money), but they refused. They said that the money will be returned to our GCash account if the snorkel was found, but there was no feedback until today. Guess they did not look for it.

I booked this activity almost a month ago. I booked it supposedly because of the savings with the bundled activities. The supersaver 3 allowed me to book 3 activities and I added 1 premium activity. When I tried to reserve the activities I could only book 2 activities with the premium add on. 6 customer service representatives all promised a resolution and not one has been able to help with this issue and continued to promise to update me. The conversation was even prematurely ended. This is scammy and not at all worth booking. I included snaps of my month-long conversation with the service reps. I have been patient and it has led me nowhere.

The hotel pick up was on time, the tour guide doesn’t even bother to take picture of all guests (selective) nor share where will we be headed next, and doesn’t even look after guests if there’s any complain during the duration of trip. It was literally a pick-up and drop-off on the tourist locations without any instructions except that we only have exactly an hour to be in the area. The driver of the trip was on a rush as well, and didn’t drive smoothly. Estimated end of tour was at 4:00 PM, but we finished 2:30 PM as everything were rushed. Enjoyed the tour nonetheless as the attractions were superb, but I will not book again under GotMarked Travel and Tours. Not the best agency in Siargao for that hefty price of tour.
