—Service Introduction— Vehicle usage time: 8 hours round trip in Tokushima city area. If departing from outside Tokushima city area, there will be a price difference. Travel distance: Total travel distance must be within 250 kilometers (route must be reasonable, no backtracking). Service hours: 08:00-20:00 Driver language: Drivers are randomly assigned Chinese or Japanese speakers, with Chinese drivers prioritized in principle. Vehicle types: Comfort 5-seater (including infants/toddlers) (can carry 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Business 10-seater (including infants/toddlers) (can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. If you have oversized luggage or a stroller, please inform us in advance. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, it is recommended to book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not adhering to the recommended reasonable number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type shall be borne by the traveler. If the car rental time exceeds the limit, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver. Please pay the driver in cash. 1. Child seats are not mandatory. If required, please book in advance. The supplier can provide 1 child seat for free. A child seat occupies 1.5 person spaces and may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an extra charge of 2000 JPY/seat/day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 8 hours. Pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or guesthouses within Tokushima city (for pick-up/drop-off in different locations, empty driving time will be reserved for the driver or an additional fee may be charged based on actual circumstances). The service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
3. Empty car fee: For departures or endings in different locations, there may be a price difference. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after the order is placed.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat number when ordering (after leaving it, please enable the "add friend" setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in time).
5. After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication regarding itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before vehicle use). Please pay attention and wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance for pick-up.
6. If the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or travel distance, an overtime fee/over-kilometer fee will be charged.
7. If the total itinerary exceeds 250 kilometers, JPY 300/kilometer will be charged.
8. For consecutive guests staying outside Tokushima city, an additional accommodation fee of 8000 JPY will be subsidized to the driver.
9. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion will still incur additional charges, regardless of natural causes or traffic control. Important reminder: Please provide correct contact information to facilitate communication with the supplier.

After the order is confirmed, the supplier will proactively contact you to confirm itinerary details. To ensure you receive notifications smoothly, please be sure to provide correct and complete contact information and pay attention to messages. The supplier will use LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat as the primary communication tools. It is recommended that you prioritize filling in one of them to facilitate communication with the supplier.
