Jun was not a very patient and hands on coach. No safety briefing was given. He himself was not wearing a helmet and was asked by another coach on where his helmet was. 🤡🤡🤡 Each time my friends fell, he would either face palm or ignore us. As we all complete beginners and I was not catching his instructions at all, I lost balance easily. One time on the first slope, I knew that I would fall w/o his ski support and warned him. Yet he moved away on purpose and watched me fall down the slope and crashed into another group. When I looked back up, there he was, making a face palm. With such an incident, I knew that I did not feel safe with him as our instructor and left within 15 minutes of the lesson. Since my two other friends were faster learners and stayed on for the next 2hours before leaving as they wanted to make their money’s as worth as they could get until it was too tough for them and felt that his instructions/teachings were unclear for a “family friendly” slope. All in all, this was definitely not what we all expected in a private 6h lesson. Other coaches were more hands on even though they were coaching a bigger group. Truly disappointing.
Lousiest service. Irresponsive. Given the weather conditions it was bound to be delayed, I reached late than the designated time. I paid so much and lost the entire money. Never buy this. There was no contact details provide by Klook when asked (they said privacy laws don’t allow) I went to the meeting area although late but no body acknowledged the Klook voucher. My dream of getting trained for ski was never fulfilled. If I think back I should have booked for it onsite and paid for it.
