Colombo City Tour Half-day Private & All Inclusive Tour

There was some delay in our tour but sure klook knows how to compensate. Overall, the tour was definitely worth it. Our guide was very flexible and we had great memories.keep up the good management, klook!

We had a 9am pickup. At 9:10, we called the tour provider who said she will call back. At 9:30 the driver/guide arrived and asked where we wanted to go. I said it was an pre-arranged tour. He said he got the call about our tour a few minutes before so he didn't know where we were supposed to go. I read to him the tour description. Anyway, he was hardworking and pleasant and we enjoyed the tour despite the earlier problem.

It was raining at the time so didnt really enjoying the walking.

Guide was a no show. Went to the meeting location 10mins before the time. Noone showed up. Ended up talking to Klook agent for 30mins. The operator finally messaged me on Whatsapp 1 hour after the scheduled time only to let me know that the guide had an emergency and could not make it. I understand such thinga can happen but the tour operator should at least have contacted right away to avoid me wasting money on transportation and most importantly my time.

this program was canceled by the local operator stating the guide was sick. the local operator inform refund but so far 30 hours have passed and i have not received the refund

This tour was not worth the money we paid for it (even with the discount). The tour guide was late, an extremely slow walker and was on the phone every 10 minutes. Very unprofessional. The tour took us to places that we had already been thanks to a quick google search and kind pointers from some locals. There was nothing shown to us that was unique information from a local perspective on this tour which was expected. The only way I could see this tour being worth anything was that if this was your very first experience in any asian city. Very disappointing experience.

Guide is friendly and we enjoyed the casual walk around Colombo. It preps us well to interacts with the locals.

the tour was fantastic and the guide, Ms Shashika was knowledgeable about the history, socio-economic issues. it started slightly late but it was a very local experience as we started to walk along the infamous Galle face area, old parliament house, ancient religious sites and local peta market..which was a unique experience. Lunch is also provided at a local food court which was clean and had a variety. So if you have a tight schedule, check this tour out and have a good time! we also had chances to take local tuktuk :) it's a quick and fun experience for all.
