Airport Transfer and Meals package at Klook x Kafin Airport Lounge (Free Drink)

Service: ◎ Very good Cleanliness: ◎ The lounge was air-conditioned and very cool and clean, so that alone was worth the money! Vehicle: ◎ It was a big and clean car Condition of the car: ◎ It was good The driver was also kind

As soon as we got off at the first floor of the arrival lobby, there was a cafe lounge where we enjoyed a cool and delicious cheesecake and iced coffee. The driver was also kind and we arrived safely to Ubud.

It would have been chaotic grabbing a Grab as soon as I got off the plane, but it was great that I could book in advance and wait comfortably in the booth. It seems like they have a partnership with a cafe, and the cafe staff were also very friendly! I didn't have to wait long before I could get a ride. Book with peace of mind.

As soon as I arrived at the airport and went through customs, I found the counter right away! When I spoke to them, they told me I had a meal package and directed me to the cafe. The cafe staff were wonderful, and I was surprised by how delicious the ham and cheese sandwich was. The driver was also very kind and safely drove me to the hotel!

The location for check-in is pretty awesome and just in front of the exit of airport arrival hall. The staff at the cafe serivce is also friendly and it's very relaxing to have a cup of coffer when waiting for your driver. The waiting time is less than 10 mins in my case. Overall, klook's airport service was already great when I used two years ago and it is more impressive with this facility improvement now.

It might be a little more expensive than Grab, but they arrive right on time with extremely clean cars and a nice scent. The meal package felt a bit much when I arrived in Bali, but it was nice to have and enjoy at my leisure when leaving Bali, haha. I had a great time!!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful trip organized by Klook! A huge thanks to our fantastic tour guide, Jaga, for the incredible drive and capturing stunning photos throughout our journey from the hotel to Jeep Sunrise, Alaska Coffee, and the Rice Terrace. Another round of applause goes to our amazing Jeep driver, Mangku Sarif, for getting us to Jeep Sunrise and snapping some breathtaking pictures. This trip was truly worth every moment and made for a beautiful start to my Bali adventure!

Great service Start with coffee , beer & cake at airport . Driver right on time very friendly & professional. we have to Bali many times & KLook delivers it every time .

The driver was kind, and I arrived comfortably from the airport to the hotel late at night!! Highly recommend.

I waited 20 minutes longer than my scheduled time, but it was okay because there was a comfortable waiting area. There was a staff member who helped me carry my luggage directly from the Klook Lounge to the car, which was convenient. Also, the driver spoke English well, so there were no communication problems at all. Thanks to them, I arrived safely and pleasantly at my Sanur accommodation. Thank you.
