I have taken yoga classes in Taiwan. I came to Chiang Mai and wanted to experience a different kind of travel, so I booked a meditation yoga experience class in the afternoon. The teacher teaches in English or uses translation software to teach students in their local language. There is no need to worry about the language. Meditation walking , Meditation guidance is a bit like meditation. In meditation, there are so-called sitting meditation, walking meditation, standing meditation and lying meditation. Surprisingly, during the process of settling down my body and mind, I burst into tears. My teacher and classmates all reassured me that everything was normal. I felt very relieved. I had settled down physically and mentally. At the end of the course, there was a beautiful set of fruit and dessert soup. You can use bolt to call a car in advance, because nature is relatively remote and there are few cars, so you can just get on the car after eating.
This is my first time participating in a meditation + yoga class experience. A total of 6 of us participated. The course is great. During meditation, the teacher will lead us to adjust our breathing, calm our mind, listen to the voices in our body, mind, and brain, and guide us every step. Everyone will get a unique feeling and gain peace. Outside of the meditation class, the teacher led us to do yoga. He gave detailed explanations and allowed each of us to fully stretch every muscle in our body through yoga. It was really great. Finally, the teacher also prepared local snacks in Chiang Mai, which were very delicious and natural. This is a journey of body, mind, soul, as well as simple and delicious snacks. We all think this class is well worth the money. Highly recommended and worth experiencing.
Amori was amazing, I’m gratefule she was able to accomodate my last-minute booking. I learned so much from her session, a soulful meditation followed by yoga. She made sure that I really took the time to absorb the experience and understood the practice and not just do it. Her peaceful aura created a comfortable space where I felt free to share my insights. The place was also incredible bringing calm and serene. I would love to come back again. I visited Chiang Mai this time and took the teacher’s meditation + yoga classes twice in total. This time it was just me and a friend, two people in total. There were only the teacher and us in the whole class, a total of three people. The teacher very patiently led us into meditation. Just like yesterday, whether it was breathing, listening and respecting our physical state, or feeling our soul, it was a great process. After class, the teacher will discuss with us how we felt about the experience, listen very patiently to our questions, and share with us his process of creating this experience class. Amori is a very professional, patient and considerate teacher. It is highly recommended for tourists visiting Chiang Mai to experience it. It will bring you a rich feast of body, mind and soul. We all like Teacher Amori very much and will definitely visit again if we have the opportunity.
it was a great experience with Amori during my business trip. My very 1st experience with walking & silent meditation. It was then followed by an amazing yoga session focus on the area i wish to focus. It was a 3-hrs retreat away from my busy business meeting. I was a bit terrified when i arrived realizing i was the only one for that session and i was stuck somewhere far away from the Chiang mai city, but no longer after a small chit chat with Amori sharing her journey of life before we started the activity, she is such an authentic & nice lady. I was offered a local banana dessert & a plate of home planted fruits at the end of the session, refreshing after the work-out. Just to take note on returning transfer, best to pre-plan as it took me nearly 1 hr to book + waiting time. A SUPER REJUVENATING SESSION!
I was surprised to learn how the body and mind can become one. It was a great experience. The emptying of my head during the walking time, which lasted 5 minutes instead of 30 minutes, made me feel comfortable. It was a meditation that made me realize whether I was using a lot of unnecessary energy to be happy. It was a great yoga experience that I definitely want to do again, where I learned that the stretching and difficult postures that tormented my body for a while made me feel so light and good the next day. Very magical experience! The three-hour course made people feel refreshed physically and mentally; the small-step meditation gave us a deep understanding, and the yoga was simple and could fully relax the body; the guidance was very careful, and if there was anything we didn’t understand, a translator was used to explain it to us immediately. So it’s not a problem if you don’t speak good English; it was a very pleasant experience and I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.
Teacher Amori started to practice walking meditation, sitting meditation, and indoor yoga at 15:30 in the afternoon. The meditation experience was very rewarding, and the teacher was very patient. The photos of the practice records were sent by email. The teacher's practice room environment is good. The location is far from the city, but the surroundings are very quiet, which is very suitable for class. I finished this class with two Norwegian friends and the overall experience was good. I arrived more than an hour in advance, and the teacher arranged someone to greet me.
Amori was very nice to me and I had a good time there. I was the only person who attended one of her lessons, and had an amazing experience in meditation according to her instruction and explanation. I am quite new at yoga, and Amori was still patient in teaching. Have recommended my friend interested in her lessons
highly recommend this lesson! the instructor is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about yoga and meditation. we learned some of the fundamentals of meditation and yoga. she also gave us some tips for resolving sleeping problems. I am really thankful for this experience and also impressive of how powerful meditation can be. desserts are also included and will be served after the lesson. the banana stinky rice is really nice!
