this was such an unforgettable experience with such a warm and lovely operator. the tour was very informative and personal and went so fast. the food and drinks were so delicious, I can’t recommend it enough!

the tour guide never showed up and tried to tell Klook that we never showed up. we stayed in the cold for and hour and sent proof that we were there. waiting for our money back. the tour gave us a wrong number to reach and never reached us on email until an hour after the start time trying to blame us.
