Electronic visa application process

• Electronic file of personal photo (within 6 months, 2-inch large headshot with white background)
• Correct flight and booking records for entry and exit dates in Vietnam* After joining LINE (@itourtw), provide "Application Information" (no need to provide for the Guaranteed Pass Program)
• About 7 working days after application (excluding holidays), obtain the visa file according to the program reply method
• After the visa is issued, please check the information for accuracy and print the paper copy
• After arriving in Vietnam, bring your passport and visa paper to the immigration officer counter to queue up for customs clearance

Urgent Instructions

• [E-visa (urgent)] Urgent documents require 1+1 working days, submitted before 11:00 on the same day, and completed before 19:00 the next day; if overdue, an extension of 1 working day is required.

Single/Multiple Instructions

• Single visa: The visa can be used once for entry and exit within the validity period, and it will automatically expire after use. (Must enter and exit within the validity period)
• ​​Multiple visa: The visa can be used for unlimited entry and exit within the validity period, and it will automatically expire after the validity period. (Must enter and exit the country within the validity period)

Explanation of the difference between agency and guaranteed visa

• Agency service: Apply through the official website of Vietnam. Whether the visa is issued or not is decided by the official. If the visa is rejected, the reason will not be explained (you need to provide "Application Information", such as Taiwan or Vietnam's contact information, etc.)
• Agency visa return method: You need to check whether the visa is issued online and download the visa by yourself
• Guaranteed approval service: Submit the application through the local visa department. The information evaluation is more controllable. If the information is insufficient, you can supplement it until it is issued. It means that it is guaranteed to be approved, but the processing days cannot be guaranteed. If the time is too close and you are worried about delaying your precious trip, it is recommended to order an urgent application.

Visa on Arrival Permit Application Process

• Round-trip air ticket booking record
• After the visa is approved (about 7 working days), the supplier will send back the "Visa on Arrival Permit" and "Vietnam Entry Form". Please print and fill in and bring them to Vietnam.
• After landing in Vietnam, please bring the "Visa on Arrival Permit", "two 2-inch photos with white background (4x6)", "passport", "Vietnam Entry Form", find the airport pick-up person, and we will assist you in handling the Vietnam Visa on Arrival Procedure. (Please do not go to the visa-on-arrival window to process it yourself, so as not to be charged 25 US dollars, which cannot be refunded)

Fast customs clearance application process

• Provide flight record: flight number and departure time
• Provide a copy of your passport (not required for passengers eligible for visa exemption)
• Provide a headshot or selfie of the person passing customs
• Provide a Vietnam visa (passengers who meet the visa exemption requirement do not need to provide one)
• After receiving a reply after applying, you can follow the process instructions after applying
• On the day of entry: Find the designated name sign holder in front of the immigration gate and you will be guided to the designated counter for processing
• On the day of departure: After getting the boarding pass and completing the luggage check-in, go to the meeting location to report to the service staff (if you need a tax refund, please go to the tax refund counter in the departure hall to stamp the tax refund form before reporting).

Notes

• Please be sure to pay attention to whether the service airport is consistent with the flight landing airport to avoid losses.
• If you cannot arrive as planned due to flight changes or other problems, please contact customer service in time to inform us. If you fail to inform us immediately, you will be responsible for the problems and losses caused by this.
• The fast-track customs clearance service is to save your time queuing in front of the immigration officer (passport inspection) and guide you to the designated counter to go through the entry procedures with the immigration officer. It does not omit the procedures with the immigration officer and does not guarantee customs clearance, and there is no fast-track security check. If you are unable to pass customs smoothly due to your personal problems (such as: insufficient passport validity, bad entry and exit records, immigration officer's failure to review or incorrect information filled in, etc.), the relevant losses need to be borne by you.
• There are many people at the airport. If you do not see the pick-up staff immediately, please call the emergency number immediately (Chinese can be communicated). If you pass through customs by yourself due to no contact, it will be deemed to have waived this service and no refund will be made.
• Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional US$5 + 2 large headshots (4x6 cm or 2x2 inches) after arriving in Vietnam.
• Klook and its suppliers and local operators will not bear any responsibility for customers' VISA issues. The fast-track service does not include visa services.
